Supreme Antagonist
Top-tier menace. Wanted across the Rust Belt. Engage on sight. No quarter.
Certified Menace
Actively ruins lives, runs on betrayal, probably befriends ARC units.
Surface Troublemaker
Not pure evil… but definitely the reason someone lost their loadout today.
Questionable Raider
They pretend they're friendly until it's inconvenient. Mild danger.
Mostly Harmless (Ish)
They messed up, but maybe it was panic, fear, or a really bad shot.
Accidental Annoyance
Probably didn't mean it. Probably. Hard to tell with Raiders.
Friendly Fool
Barely a threat. More a victim of the surface than a villain.
